No, we do not provide financing. However, we work with the main banks that provide financing for local purchasers.

There will be CCTV along the perimeter of the property and a barrier gate at the entrance to the premises.

The Sales and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”), will be arranged by the vendor and thereby there will be no cost to the Purchaser. As at March 2025 there will be a Stamp Duty of 4%.
